*Note: All pets (both large and small) are required to have an UP TO DATE physical exam done prior to prescribing any medications (both prescription and over-the-counter), making any diagnosis/prognosis, and receiving any health certificates, etc. Parasites, including fleas, ticks, and heartworms can cause more harm than many people think. They are not merely an annoyance for your pet, they can also carry a variety of illnesses, some leading to kidney or heart failure. Furthermore, fleas can cause dermatitis in pets. Our veterinarian at GLVC provides preventative veterinary services for pets in and around Houston and surrounding areas. Heartworm testing is HIGHLY recommended regardless if pets are kept indoors, mosquitoes will come inside the home!

Cancellation Policy

When booking, an estimate can be provided to you detailing all services needed (if not shown on the website) or by request via email. An estimate is optional, however, highly recommended when being transparent with what to expect financially. Once an estimate is received, you will need to approve or decline services via email or text. Booking is strictly based on availability and the nature of the visit. At this time, no deposit is required to book an appointment, however a non-fundable/non-transferable travel fee will be incurred if an appointment is missed or cancelled without proper notice. You will NOT be able to book another appointment until the fee is PAID IN FULL. Please see cancellation/rescheduling policy.
